Music In March!

The Music Department in 2012 has kicked off the year with performances for all ES1 and ES 2 students. It was amazing to see the level of progress ES2 had made in terms of organisation and approaching their performances like young professionals!
ES1 also needs to be given a lot of credit as they are the new students of College. The amount of musical talent that was discovered in ES1 was fantastic! We are really looking forward to see ES1 continue to grow musically with more performances coming in Trimester 2!

CAS Creative Arts Workshop has also been hosting classes in drumming, dance and painting for children from 'Filochicos,' which is a school dedicated to giving young people who have no access, the opportunity of getting an education. Our ES6 students host the children once a week and work with them in creative ways. In our video you will see us rehearsing dance and doing an African drumming workshop with students from Filochicos.
